The Oola Challenge

The inspiration for this blog came from a 21-day challenge I completed in May 2016 known as the Oola Life Young Living Challenge.

What the heck is Oola? Well, I’m glad you asked…

“Oola is that state of awesomeness when your life is balanced and growing in the 7 Fs of Oola.”

There is an Oola companion book (available on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Oola) and this year they’ve released a new version specifically for women.  The premise is that to live a life ” in balance” (a concept I’ve come to realize is a myth), you have to constantly reprioritize and tweak your seven Fs of Oola.

Want to learn more right from the source…check out this YL Podcast with the OolaGuys. Listen in as they share with us their tips to finding balance and growth in the seven key areas of life: the 7 F’s of Oola: Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends, and Fun.

I’ve included my current OolaWheel result in this post. If you’d like to join me on this journey and need some help identifying your own starting point for this journey, go here to take a quick little test:

“When all 5 senses are working together for your #OolaLife, you become fearless, transcend guilt, release anger, gain victory over self-sabotage, overcome laziness, transform envy, and refocus.” These things are known as the Oola Blockers and part of how we overcome these obstacles on the path to Oola is by embracing the Oola Accelerators for Love, Gratitude, Humility, Discipline, Integrity, Passion and Wisdom.

I mean….who doesn’t want some of that, right?

This challenge was really eye opening to me in 2016….but I had a hard time “staying the course”…so, I decided to do the challenge again in July 2017 along with my Young Living team for added accountability and for that extra push…I’m sharing this journey with all of you  ready for Day 1?
